Kentucky Real Estate Law Review (Textbook)
Written by Joyce Bea Sterling, DREI and real estate instructor for over thirty years, these study material focus on helping you pass the exam. There are two PDF files which review the topics found on the content outline from the PSI testing service and five practice exams with 40 multi-choice questions on each exam. Each test must be completed before you receive your score and every question includes a rationale. These materials were updated in January 2017 and include the changes made by the Governor's Executive Order.
