In this dynamic one-day course, you will learn and apply advanced techniques for remaining top of mind with spheres of influence. Through a series of engaging discussions and activities, you will explore the effective use of social media, neighborhood farming, and other marketing strategies to distinguish yourself as the trusted advisor for existing and prospective clients. Leave with an action plan that you can confidently implement to enhance and maintain your brand to generate a continuous stream of repeat and referral business. Upon completion of the final exam, you will earn 8 CRS designation credits.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
Master the use of social media, farming, and drip campaigns to maintain consistent contact with your clients
Leverage your sphere of influence to build your business database and contact system
Identify and implement effective strategies and tactics to gain client referrals
Construct an action plan to distinguish yourself with consistent branding.
Building relationships and connecting people has been Kim’s specialty throughout her multi-faceted real estate career since 1997. Kim sometimes feels like she has done it all when it comes to the world of real estate — from rehabbing properties and building homes to managing a portfolio of rental properties and working as a loan officer.
In 2005, Kim built her real estate sales team in St. Louis, MO with a simple goal- “Satisfied clients EVERY time.” She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois and was chosen by her peers as the St. Louis Association of REALTOR’s Realtor Associate of the Year in 2014. She was also honored by The Council of Residential Specialists with The CRS President’s Award in 2017.
Volunteering and giving back is important to Kim. She donates time to both her local community as well as the REALTOR community where she sits on several committees at the local, state and national level. Kim also received her Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2007 and gives of her time and talent as a CRS Regional Vice President, RRC Finance Committee Member, and serves on PAGS and Masterminds.
Kim has been interviewed for national publications such as RE/MAX Above Magazine and The Residential Specialist Magazine and is a sought after speaking with a fresh approach to nurturing client relationships to grow your business.
Kim is a licensed Missouri broker and respected in the real estate community as being both professional and fair while always keeping her client’s goals the priority ahead of her own. Kim takes her fiduciary responsibility for her clients seriously. In her spare time, Kim is involved with charity, spends time with her business partner and husband, Sid, and you’ll quickly learn of her love for animals.
